As for actual meals, sleuth; Chimken stew, at the recommendation of my love! Huge batch, so it was really good for meal prep. Quite flavourful! I may tweak a few things, add more spices and seasonings and the like, but a great foundation.

You know, sometimes a bear just wants steak and taters. Top sirloin seared and butter-basted in cast iron and finished in the oven. Topped with shallots and baby portobellos pan-fried in butter and chianti and served with seasoned and cheesed roasted potatoes. A decent medium to medium-rare! 🤤
