The problem for Notre Dame is every single ND defensive player that gets to the ball carrier first is missing like, 100% of the time. So, instead of a -2,-1, no gain, or 1-2 yard gain, it’s a 4-6 yard gain. That’s how you get blown out.

Had a random run in with him about 12 years ago in San Mateo, CA. We were both in line for a food truck, and he turned around, and I immediately blurted out, “oh shit, are you Rickey Henderson?!” And he replied, “…who’s asking?” Lol. He smiled, laughed, and we shook hands. RIP to one of the GOATs.

The Pac12 dissolved at the end of last season, with teams joining the Big10, Big12, & ACC. I think it’s hilarious that two former Pac12 teams immediately won their new conference in year 1. Go Pac12! Congrats to Oregon and Arizona State, Big10 and Big12 champions, respectively.

If the Dodgers signing Juan Soto somehow prevents them from signing Teoscar Hernandez, it will be a bittersweet day. Soto is an amazing talent, but Teo was a big reason we won it all in 2024, and he still has a lot to give, and might actually be a much better fit. Let’s go Dodgers, Soto AND Teo.
