The thing about Rocky and Bullwinkle is sometimes the joke is a pun on the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam and sometimes the joke is "Capt. Wrongway Peachfuzz, the Worst Sailor in the World". Kids, sometimes you need to ask your parents, and sometimes you don't!

Your results may vary, but my kids (8 and 5) have been loving Rocky and Bullwinkle. I know 90% of the cultural references fly straight over their heads, but they still ask for it! A very good cooldown at the end of the day show.

My kids are loving Fuma Conspiracy btw. I know purists dislike "Nice Lupin" but actually they're unmatched for children's adventures; with wonderful characters, thrilling adventures and imaginitive, playful action.

I love this $2 Donald Duck comic I picked up. 96 pages of absolute garbage print quality on trash paper, four out of six stories are by unidentifiable authors, but it starts with a Carl Barks comic and ends with Walt Kelly doing a lush adaptation of The Three Caballeros. What more could you need?!
