also another thing I cook all the goddamn time are BURGERS. my favorite thing about burgers are how different they taste depending on where you get your beef from, and I frequent a few small farms in my area just for that variety. would highly recommend anyone else do the same if you can. #cooking

so I made these lamb chops with bearded butcher black seasoning, smoked them over cherry & hickory pellets for an hour, then took them out, cranked the smoker to 450° and seared them with a brown sugar, butter, garlic & soy sauce reduction glazed over them until 145° int and rested for 10m #cooking
