Yesterday there was a moment of silence for Jimmy Carter during a pro football game. But I heard things I almost always hear during "a moment of silence": people talking, cheering, and whistling. A moment of silence should be completely SILENT.

Oh, my gosh, this... Ulta sent out an email about a Kate Spade product saying "Come hang with Kate Spade." Somebody in marketing must have stupidly forgotten she committed suicide by hanging herself. Ulta has since apologized.

Just had the nicest thing happen at the grocery store. With it being Christmas Eve, I expected it to be crazy, and it was. But the lady in front of me saw I only had one item, so she let me go ahead of her - and she let someone else ahead of her too! Now THAT'S the Christmas spirit in action!🎄

I swear, I'm about to yank the texting app off my phone. I'm so tired of doing something on my phone, putting my phone down to get off it for at least five minutes, or texting with someone important, and some unimportant text forces its way in. I think I'll suddenly develop an "allergy" to texting😠

When I was a radio announcer in the 80s, I got tired of so many songs because I had to hear them almost 800 times an hour. I even got tired of songs I loved. But one song I never got tired of was Last Christmas by Wham!. I love that song with a passion. It breaks my heart every time I hear it.💔
