Further to my previous post, excluding airport adventures, I have to say, travelling in Paris is a tourists dream. 👏 The phone based ticket system is fantastic, and incredibly affordable (€2 or €2.50 for a bus/train ticket) all day! Uber seems spenny in comparison 🤔 Bravo Paris! 🇫🇷

Just seen the last episode of #CobraKai. 🐍 Unreal attention to detail from the script writers, who absolutely captured the romance from the 80s Karate Kid storyline for a whole new audience and generation! Some unanswered questions, but a solid 9/10 from me!

Really enjoyed my session at the new Gym Group gym in Gillingham this morning. This place opened a couple of months ago, and while its a world away from my ‘home’ gym, being able to train at the same chain means I can just use my regular programme as it’s the same kit! Win! 🔥 💪🏾

If you like KFC’s chicken wings but don’t want the extra grease, this masala is amazing. Coat your chicken in some of this masala with 10ml of oil. Then add some breadcrumbs and bake for 30 mins. Enjoy! #healthyKFC
