I walked 5 miles with my kid this morning. Not a big deal for many, but I'm too fat and I'm just now trying to get back on the right track, so it was pretty monumental for me! I now have a throbbing hamstring and he's got painful thigh chafing. What a pair we are! 🤣 Enjoy some pics from our walk
