I just struggled with Klook for an hour about luggage reservations on the Shinkansen. "You need a luggage reservation for suitcases with height+length+depth between 160-250cm. You can check that option on checkout" No I can't. Turns out: Not on THIS Shinkansen line! Which they don't TELL you!
