There's a first time for everything! Such as calling your PT because you're in so much pain after treatment that you don't know how to deal with it. This is the first time that the pain is this bad in the 4 years that I have been receiving treatment. I can't even properly sleep, it's wrecking me.

I stepped on the scale for the first time in 6+ months a few days ago and what I saw actually made me sad, then angry. It's time for change. It's not going to be easy given I have to balance it with having Long Covid, but something needs to happen sooner rather than later. All I can so is my best.

My department manager is so very annoyed with HR right now 😬 She informed me that my new contract was going to be a year instead of 6 months. I end up with two letters in my file, one for an indefinite period of time & one for 6 months. Neither of those are correct...🤦‍♀️ She keeps apologizing to me 🫣
