As a kid, we camped and lived in a lot of places that would be considered off grid. We roughed it more than I'd like to admit, but I have this obsession with bush craft. I could live off the grid, but I would need a good toilet, lol. Pooping in the woods is not an option 😁

Happy accident, I was trying for brown butter apple fritters low carb. Total fail but super tasty. Turned the apple fritters into bars with peanutbutter, dark chocolate, pepitas, and, of course, more honey. Sugarfree and flour free. A+

Norovirus is here. How do I know because a beautiful 9 month old passed it to me. It's basically the stomach flu on steroids. It's highly contagious. Hand sanitizer doesn't kill it. Hot, soapy water bleach and lysol work. If you get it, do the BRAT diet. Most importantly, stay hydrated. 🤢💩☠️🤬🥰
