To say it once more today: I think you'll be moved if you take 2 minutes to look through 269 institutions signed on here. Yes, still a few notable absences. (Where is Stanford?) But such an array of *presence.* Big and small. Public and private. World famous and barely known. Check them out.

This is the way

*Of course* advance information on US combat operations is classified. Pretending otherwise is an insult to our troops, who all know this. The Secretary is unfit to lead.

History always has a lesson.

INCREDIBLE opinion by Wilkinson refusing to stay Judge Xinis's orders in the Abrego Garcia case, condemning DOJ's arguments as "shocking not only to judges, but to the intuitive sense of liberty that Americans far removed from courthouses still hold dear." storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

The opinion by Judge Wilkinson for the Fourth Circuit denying the government’s most recent request for a stay or mandamus against Judge Xinis’s rulings in the Abrego García case is especially powerful when you consider it was written by … Judge Wilkinson: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

The IRS lists six reasons it can revoke 501(c)(3) status. Not one applies to Harvard: ➡️operation for private benefit/inurement ➡️excess lobbying ➡️electoral activity ➡️excess unrelated business income ➡️fail to file three straight 990 annual returns ➡️no longer being operated for original exempt purposes

Today @vanhollen.senate.gov was denied entry to the same prison.

I’m about to board my flight to El Salvador, where I hope to meet with senior government officials to discuss the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. I also hope to see Kilmar and check on his condition — and remind him that we won’t stop fighting until he’s home.

Trump essentially told the Supreme Court to kiss off today. This is, by definition, an autocracy, explicitly illegal. Stand up now or it will be too late.

"More significantly, if the Trump administration can defy court orders with impunity, and Congress is unwilling to act, there is no reason for it to respect the constitutional rights of American citizens either."

As an infectious diseases specialist I beg to defer. Simply encounter as a healthy individual an N meningitidis and you might die, doesn’t matter how healthy you are.

remembering fondly the historically correct behavior of purchasing a thing with money and never hearing from the seller of the thing again in my life

I miss Joe Biden. I'm still mad at the people that did him dirty.

Judge Xinis has given the government until 9:30 Friday to provide her with an update on Abrego Garcia's location and steps they're taking to return him to the US storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

FINALLY! Some may say this is 77 days late. I would say I'm glad we're seeing pushback and also, did these 77 days not feel like FORF*CKINGEVER?

I’d guess about 1,300 people at Juneau’s protest today in front of the Alaska Capitol. Largest I’ve seen there since the women’s march and march for science during the first Trump term. Extra credit to the person who had a Greenland flag — not many of those in town, I’d guess. #akleg #Alaska
