Also, as usual @rajiinio.bsky.social has a wonderful take on this. Scaling is the path of least resistance, not the only potential path. This applies to education too, especially design projects. When constrained by $$$, you have to build with efficiency, meaning you learn more in the process.

Made thanksgiving dinner for some grad school friends yesterday! Made turkey, mac and cheese, creamed spinach, roasted potatoes, and a premade apple pie (don’t judge, I was tired). Used a jerk chicken and yogurt marinade on the turkey, highly recommend. Now to deal with leftovers…
