First question, attacking trans people. Keir Starmer welcomes the deicison again and says it's good for women and service providers. Then talks about trans people being treated with this mythical dignity and respect. Calls for people to lower the temperature. Wild.

@adrianramsay.bsky.social had the opportunity to: 1. Unequivocally state that Trans women are women, Trans men are men, and Non-binary people exist and are valid - @greenparty.org.uk policy 2. Stand up to those in the party who abuse and discriminate against Trans+ people He failed - miserably

"If it's raining outside you don't need someone's opinion to say it's not raining, what you want to see is actually what the weather is outside."

Stop selling arms to Israel then.

Today is the 20 year anniversary of the first YouTube upload EVER. "Me at the zoo" now has 355 million views and over 10 million comments 🎂 www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNQX...

It hurts every time someone suggests unisex or disabled loos as a “solution” to the trans bathroom question as though the idea of our segregation is reasonable

Keir’s Britain. Trans Apartheid. See you in Europe.

In less than five years, the Equality Act files will be released. We’ll see which ministers in Gordon Brown’s government were responsible for creating the “trans man gotcha” that allowed the courts to start rolling back our rights. Rumour has it that Harriet Harman was one of them.

"The majority of TERFs are wealthy and privileged white women. Most of them are not LGBTQIA+. They have obscene amounts of money to spend on persecuting a tiny minority" I was interviewed for this Washington Blade article www.washingtonblade.com/2025/04/23/f...

The UK Supreme Court’s transphobic ruling on the definition of woman last week is a defeat for all women—even, ultimately, the self-described feminists celebrating it, and the women who will gain in the short term from their alliance with the carceral state. my latest for @thenation.com

Badenoch must’ve asked Atkins to pinch her if she saw the reaper of her leadership - but no, it was Labour’s Bridget Phillipson, who did an even better job of sinking her desperate plan to save her career. #ukpolitics

This is why I will never, ever, take a penny for posting. The incentive structure is absolutely wild. 12-15 hours a day to make cash as a paid Twitter influencer? No thank you. I’ll be posting 12-15 hours a day for the RIGHT reasons (my brain is broken from all the Internet).

A high-profile domestic abuse activist has been found guilty of carrying out a shocking campaign of physical and sexual abuse against four children. Murray (a cis woman) had systematically physically, emotionally and sexually abused these children over 20 years” #NotADragQueen #NotATransWoman

"I never thought that leopards would deport *my* wife", sobs Trump sycophant

JK Rowling "responded*" to one of my tweets on here, over on Twitter, and I was scrolling through her media tab to find it. FML she is obsessed with @indiawilloughby.bsky.social. Like a quarter of her posts are about India *obviously she didn't address a single thing I said

RFK wants to start his autism registry. A huge red flag to those of you not paying attention. Indeed, they aren't new in the US - NJ and Utah have them off the top of my head. And they aren't a good thing. A similar idea to RFK's was attempted in the UK and halted. We must fight.

an ace lesbian is a lesbian who's shot down at least five other lesbians in aerial combat

One of the most shocking things I have read for a while: t.co/lg46ijHLDF

More transphobia in the House of the Commons is imminent as PMQs gets underway. Badenoch will attack Starmer for not being transphobic enough and he'll responsd by being transphobic to try and prove her wrong.

I'm wary of discussing the prospect of trans segregated toilets through the history of apartheid but the intended harm's of a third sex toilet for trans people is to institute a world where a second class provision is only available some of the time in businesses that may, but do not have to provide

Very excited to have featured on the latest episode of the Trashfuture podcast, talking about the Supreme Court judgment. Listen to my analysis here, with some added lighthearted relief to try and get us all through this. open.spotify.com/episode/4zHU...

Starmer has broken every manifesto promise he has made to trans people; his government is supressing data on the suicides his policies are causing and commissioning bogus reports to attack those trying to tell the truth; and is dishonest about what the judgment means. And now he wants us to shut up?

The people claiming they're fighting antisemitism is going around making lists of Jews like it's 1935 Germany.

JK, are you listening? Oh, that’s right, you never do any more.

You know when you press the first character of what you want to search into Chrome and it guesses based on what you've most typed in the past? When I press T it no longer auto completes to Twitter but to TSLA, which is the stock tracker for Tesla which I've been looking at every day to feel better

Runs in breathless They got mad about nuns wearing head coverings

Starmer allowed Duffield to relentlessly shitpost transphobic hate, neglect her constituency, slag off her colleagues and doxx her staff while earning £90k+ and keeping the whip. He does owe some apologies but not to her.

I want to like the Greens because it'd be very convenient, but they always find a way to fuck it.

I'm glad someone finally fucking said it, because implict to this whole conversation is erasure of the fact that trans women are capable of being harmed or assaulted, and erasure of the fact that these exclusionary laws don't just make us "feel bad", but actively endanger us.

If Pride London doesn't ban politicians, then they are telling the politicians they were right to gamble that nobody would give a fuck what they do to trans people. Pride simply cannot welcome Labour and continue to be deemed fit for purpose.

Discrimination, harassment and violence will increase if trans people lose access to toilets and other spaces. Many will feel driven from public life. That's what's at stake here. There's no benefit to women. Just harm to trans people and anyone who doesn’t fit gendered stereotypes.

Here's my real beef with the concept of 'sex' as an identity: Sex presumes that our biology determines who we are. It means there is a "core" to our identities that can be observed and catalogued by others. It means other people become the final authority on who we are

While shameless politicians flip over trans rights and our media gorges itself on the fear it’s created for the most persecuted minority in the UK, let’s not forget the current score in Court is 2-1 to Trans. one match to play. And they only won that one by not letting trans people onto the pitch!

The neighbour pressing his face against my window to gaze at me, the flasher walking home from the pub, the uncle molesting me in my home, the friend’s dad propositioning me in a dark side street whilst driving me home, the boss who groped me. None of them needed the privacy of a toilet to abuse me.

RISE (by Simon Hodges) They hemmed the last few in the hole, trans and ally alike. Shut the cage, screaming, laughing, readying the gasoline. “We can speak again!” they say, coating, splashing us “Why do you not hear us?” cried the cis women allies. “You are traitors”, as the match was lit.

It always gets me that the way the hula hoop packet moves looks really fake, but it's just being pulled out of the cupboard on a thread.

And he wants to ban trans people from the military while installing a makeup studio for himself at the pentagon?! www.cbsnews.com/news/hegseth...

I've been pointing out for some years that GCism has a set of Inner Party doctrines that are vicious libels of trans people and our allies. Some of these are quite outrageous conspiracy theories. I'm sure that when eg Sex Matters have private meetings with politicians they spread these.

Pedro Pascal supports transgender rights with 'iconic' move at Thunderbolts premiere after UK gender ruling www.standard.co.uk/s... #transgender #trans #LGBTQ #LGBTQIA

British journalists now going door to door and demanding Harry Potter background actors support JK Rowling or explain themselves

Labour saying we can’t pee on the basis of the Supreme Court judgment. It’s like the Fostater ruling again where a court judgement which is bad enough by itself gets used to justify a bunch of stuff it doesn’t justify.

The Supreme Court ruling left out trans people. We're stepping in — with lawyers, resources, and action 🏳️‍⚧️⚖️ Donate to our fighting fund 💪 goodlaw.social/9235c1

Do not let Trump gaslight you into believing he has a mandate or is all powerful. Most Americans don't support his cruel agenda. His approval ratings are in the gutter. Individuals and institutions are fighting back in courts and winning. Keep up the fight.

The Real TRA disavow the actions of the Provisional TRA

Great news for Argentina readers! The transgender healthcare ban for trans youth has been ruled unconstitutional in the country. The country has seen ferocious crackdowns on lgbtq people in recent months. palabrasdelderecho-com-ar.translate.goog/articulo/587...
