@meetanostomate.bsky.social I’m day 11 post surgery to reverse my ileostomy. I still have a very distended stomach, but got home from hospital yesterday and slept properly for the first time last night. Now to build myself back up - any tips from anyone who has been through similar? #stoma #postop

I love this film so had slight trepidation going to the Stavely Players performing a radio play of it. I needn’t have worried - it was fabulous and the Old Laundry Theatre in Bowness is beautiful!

Better than the first - really recommend this for fans of detective [email protected] really writes in an engaging way - hopefully there are more to come!
