Why am I awake at almost 4:00 a.m.? Bc lately my cpap has been giving me the worst case of belching I've ever had. My doctor called me today to walk me thru how to adjust the pressure but apparently that made things worse, not better, bc this is the worst it's been in the past few weeks.

I only have 3.6 pounds to go until I have officially lost 100! I had always thought it was never going to be possible but with the #zepbound, i'm not fighting against my own body, it's actually happening! I'm sooo anxious to see if caremark approves my Dr's request for continuing ins coverage...
