So many think the account on X is Dugin. But it’s not. It grows in infamy pretending to be him and large accounts promote the falsehood. Another reason why X is a terrible place that boosts horrible people. There is no verification there.

I keep seeing people cite this account as if Dugin is personally responsible for it. Is there any evidence for this? I haven't looked closely, and I guess it's possible, but as recently as 2022 it was explicitly a fan account, operated by someone named "Antonio Pires".
