Dear NHS. I love you, you have saved many of my loved ones. But my 79 year old mother is on Day 5 of trying to access a GP appointment. Can’t secure on by phone, told to go online for a better chance, set up (to her) a confusing app, and still no luck. Digitising wholly the NHS is excluding many.
