I agree with DT - the failed diversity strategy was definitely the reason why an overwhelmingly white and male workforce in air traffic control led to the tragic events at Reagan Airport. What a farce! What a tragedy!

Meta doesn’t need DEI because its future is built on energy not Human Resources. Robots and autonomous agents and data centers will be the key to their business - no people required. It’s the same for many IT companies - robotic staff working 24 / 7 - no unions, no sick leave and no perks.

There’s a new golden age on the way which is much better than today. It’s electric. There are three ways to approach it - 1. Speed things up, 2. Slow things down, or 3. Destroy it. Oil and gas companies are the new Luddites in this process, desperately hanging on to their foot powered machines.
