just had a loud bang in my house. can’t find anything that fell. heat, water, lights all still working. no water or smoke in the basement or elsewhere. I’m a little perplexed and slightly worried. 😳

I watch WWE “premium” shows most months. My closest friend is blind and WWE is one of his great joys so it’s something that brings us closer together. I really loved the WWE Royal Rumble tonight. What a fantastic, fun show. I feel like I need to throw a yearly Rumble watch party going forward now.

yesterday I had an appointment with a spine clinic to finally look into the multitude of back issues I deal with. had a great appointment and x-rays and then got scheduled to meet with a chiropractor today. a. chiropractor.
