I think I've already mentioned it, but here it goes again- developing this update has been the most complex thing I ever worked on in my gamedev career. I've spent the most time ever on a single feature- opponent behavior. There's still room for improvement, but it's much better than before.

The worst development stint I've been through in my career is finally coming to an end. 🥹 Coding the opponents driving behavior for simcade/sim racing games is my new "10 out of 10" difficulty standard. Everything else, including multiplayer, feels like a walk in the park in comparison.

Do they downclock the system to match previous gen to preserve battery?Do you get free performance improvements in areas where you were previously getting low framerate due to being cpu or gpu bound?
