Teachers should be paid WAY more and it's a very hard job but it's genuinely nice to wake up each morning and know you are positively impacting somebody's life. The moment a kid improves in something is such a rewarding feeling that even money can't buy. It's always for and about the kids.

My Mother always makes these Mince Fingers for Christmas (Basically like a huge square Mince Pie cut into rectangles to serve) and this year I'm gonna be home to make them with her and I'm super excited about it! I don't like Mince Pies but I adore hers cos the pastry to mince ratio is amazing 😭
