Book #22 of 2025. Second of the series and Dave is maturing as a character, but still emotionally void and moves on quickly. The female characters are also still very one-dimensional. But it was good enough for Hollywood to turn it into a film. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/5552903

2 more down for my Invader Zim funko collection.

Book #21 of 2025. The first half was good and should have stopped there. The rest felt like it was written by somebody different. Characters acted completely different and decisions didn't make sense. Disappointed how this series ended. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/6056029

Book #20 of 2025. For Book 1 of a Sarah J Maas series, I'd rank this higher than ACOTAR. Still could see the baddies a mile away, but thought the world building was a bit better and romance scenes weren't as forced. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/6312361

Back when this set dropped, I didn't think I'd collect them all, but a few years later, I'm happy to say that I've completed this Series 1 Villains set. #disney #veve

Book #19 of 2025. The waiting was long, but the hype was real. Plot built the lore around the town and characters and kept you guessing until the end. It felt very connected to the times, minus ignoring COVID. One more left in this trilogy to read now. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/5587972

The reward is a ~5% dump the next day

S&P 500 is only 200 points away from losing 4 years of gains and the Stock Market is still open for several more hours

This is going to be the song of the summer. #tariffs

4 points away from absolute market fear.

Book #18 of 2025. Gritty man's man picks a fight with everybody because he can. Somehow, this is a 20-something book series that I'll have to push through now because I'm a completionist. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/2880832

Today is a good day to remind Boomers and Gen X to check their 401ks

I support Corey

Possibly IGN's worst article yet. They think that Pokemon ETBs are $100 at retail. This reads like they did no research and are a scalper.

Book #17 of 2025 was a T. Kingfisher sequel. Alex Easton is basically a Ghostbuster at this point with all the supernatural occurrences. Only a little longer before the 3rd entry to this Sworn Soldier series. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/9790891

Greenland isn't playing around

Book #16 was one of the highest rated horror books of 2024 and I say it has lived up to the hype. The reader never felt fully at ease and the descriptions of the taste of eyeballs will cause some to gag. Police were near absent the entire spree though. share.libbyapp.com/title/10565606

Kyle and Star had the best moves this week. Kyle, for that smooth lie about his idol play reason. And Star for throwing the known idol away before it could be used against her. #Survivor

That second half of the trailer is a game changer for the series

Book #15 was part of the Together We Read book club and told the story of Hattie McDaniel. Though some bits are not historically accurate, it did a good job of portraying the good times and struggles of Hattie. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/9805971

Book #14 done. Next Sarah J Maas series has been started. I made some assumptions of characters, so was a little surprised with the ending. Looking forward to the other ones. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/6312305

Tesla closes out another day down 4.79% while the S&P ends in the green.

$10 pickup

Book #13 down and it had to be a horror one. What Moves The Dead didn't have many twists and the cover gives away a lot, but it did a good job of creating lore and making you feel immersed in the story. #BookSky share.libbyapp.com/title/8839986

I swear Meta is wanting to record stranger sentences every day

Book #12 down. Book kept me guessing until the very end. I thought it wrapped up nicely and can't wait to read the next one. share.libbyapp.com/title/4814816 #BookSky
