Hi. First BlueSky post, ever. Anyone want to talk about Les Misérables? The book, not the musical. I've almost finished it. And I wonder, could Victor Hugo get published today, in all his detailed, meandering, "you MUST know this about Paris/Napoleon/sewers/etc to REALLY understand" glory?
