Ratings for the week ending February 16th are now in, and Great American Family set a new low for the past year by averaging 66,000 in primetime, 62,000 full day. That's the same as Hallmark Family (f.k.a. Hallmark Drama), the 100% rerun, unprogrammed third Hallmark channel almost no one has.
