Yotsuba& spoilers I guess? I was really touched to see Osaka from Azumanga Daioh really did become a teacher after all. She's a perfect grade-school Phys Ed instructor. I like to believe that Sakaki really did become a veterinarian, and Tomo became an Interpol agent too.

Charcoal portrait I gave to Val Kilmer when I met him at a convention in 2012. He was nice, though he said it had a "Jon Voight" quality and asked an assistant to "put it in the green room" He signed Heat, Tombstone & Top Secret! for me, then wandered off. Pretty sure he was high. Rest in peace 🧡
