In breaking news, Fox News reported overnight that an unnamed insider says the US government is about to announce details of the Rubio-Lavrov Pact that will divide Ukraine along the Dnipro into two areas, Western Novorussia, to become an oblast of Russia & Muskovia to the west to be owned by the US.
