My GOAT album. One of the few albums Miles Davis was ever wrong about. I love the tension. I love the idea of an old guy trying to outdo the next generation and vice versa. I love that the album plays out like a fight before a cathartic reset. Musical collaboration has never been more fascinating.

Ah yes, it's that time of year where I have to report my W-2 wages, the income from six separate 1099s, and my self-reported freelance income. If only I'd been born a generation earlier where I had the income of only one job for the entirety of my adult life, taxes would be so much easier to file.
