this is true for me. SSRIs reduce my anxiety a little for a while but i quickly have to increase dose until the side effects are too high. and going off them is awful. most of my anxiety is linked to sensory issues or social issues like schedule changes. just autism.

This winter was ~6° colder than last year's record warm season. Ski & snow sports across New England boomed once again with the colder air.
