state of play ass (except sonic racing) (which will probably also be ass)

Have not been doing a good job posting my game pickups but I did just pick these up for $33! Maybe I’ll make a thread soon of some of the recent stuff I’ve gotten. Anyways love u

Dude that pacman metroidvania looks so badass LMAO

The games all work. I suspected that the Smash 64 cart was a repro when I picked it up and it definitely is, but that’s fine, maybe I’ll load a fan game onto it or something. Everything else is legit. Very happy with the haul!

Today I picked up one of the most insane hauls I may ever get for my game collection. All this for $175. Conker alone makes up for almost that whole price. I own an N64 already as well as SM64, but that’s the only repeat. Even without the console and controllers this still would’ve been worth it.

After 46 hours, I finally beat Mario and Luigi Brothership. It was delightful, and had a ton of charm, while also being bogged down by a number of issues already present in the series. While it was very fun, it was definitely missing a bit of that "special something", that even the more divisive...

Figured it might be fun if I start documenting my game collection pickups, since I’ve been starting to take it more seriously! Here were today’s! I owned MK8 already, but digitally, and I wanted a physical one. Animal Crossing was the big one here, looking forward to trying it out!

So glad that despite all the re-done dialogue in Sonic Generations, I was stilled warned about the homing shots 47 times during the final boss. Nothing was lost in the end.

Amazing game. Sonic Generations was already one of my favorite games, and Shadow Generations is just more of what I loved, with a ton of clear love for Shadow being present. This and Sonic Generations together are just an amazing package.

I know this isn't an unpopular opinion, but I've never been a huge fan of Kirk Thornton's Shadow. That said, his performance is SOOOO much better in Shadow Generations. Nice to see Sonic Team continuing to course correct with some of the vocal direction.

So glad shadow is cool again

I just played a fuckass game of Jamboree that is going to get its own dedicated section in my review of the game

Dude this is literally Twitter but without the bullshit this is badass
