I think I can tell the expiration date of my relationships by how quickly I get annoyed that I‘m sorting someone‘s socks doing laundry. One time it was after 6 years, one time after 6 weeks, and if I can‘t even picture as much as ever touching your socks after 3 dates we likely don‘t have to bother.
