I recently learned about the term “glimmer,” which is essentially the opposite of a “trigger.” Glimmers are those micro moments in Ur day that make U feel joy, happiness, peace, or gratitude. Once you train Ur brain to be on the lookout for glimmers, the more these tiny moments will begin to appear.
