Spent the day walking five younger teens around a gallery and going "Look, a Rembrandt!!" and then having to explain that he is one of the most famous painters ever. Wtf are schools teaching?

Today I am the normie driver for three goths. Currently sitting on a black couch in a black shop filled with black clothes while they ask me, for some unfathomable reason, which leather skirt they should buy.

Hey @patiencetuesday.bsky.social , maybe it was Star Trek that made us the way we are after all :P

It's a very fine line between getting inspired by other people's art and having a confidence crisis because they're so much better than you'll ever be. :/

If you like '80s music and you like animation then you'll probably love this! 2 hours worth of animated music videos from the '80s aired on Australia's music show RAGE in October of 2022. Full playlist in the next post. gofile.io/d/1Sk5aU

Who needs a weighted blanket when you have cats?

After another art class with 8-12 year-olds I really think current education systems desperately need a sort of New Media class that just goes over current memes, virals, ads and socials and teaches kids how to approach them with a critical and discerning mind so they aren't fucking helpless.
