Update: read all of Parashoppers. It's not quite peak Fukuchi (that being Anagle Mole and Saike, Once Again), but the inventive power use and the ability to trade stuff in if it gets stale makes for maybe his smartest work. Love it.

The "mean" in "Greenwich Mean Time" actually means "mean" (like, average). I did not know this! To calculate GMT they took the position of the sun throughout the year and averaged it out to find the average solar noon in Greenwich and based the time on that!
