Update: Remembered the code! YAY!

iPad is asking for a passcode I don't remember/can't remember setting. Only solutions I'm seeing online are to reset the whole thing and hope my settings somehow got backed up to the cloud?? I'm gonna cry.

There's a #FebruARTy #Orange prompt for today? I can do that! #Art #Flowers #Procreate 🎨

If you see this, post your purple art.

For anyone who may need it, Pexels is a reference site that does not allow AI imagery on it www.pexels.com

I've been keeping an eye on Fedica and this is exciting to see.

Ooo, there's a #BlueSkyArtShow about #Pattern? In which case, here's some of mine. #Art #Botanical #SurfacePatterns #Procreate 🎨

Microsoft is going to price gouge you by adding their genAI to your subscription without your consent, and they are not transparent about how to avoid this bullshit. Here's how to change your subscription back to "Classic" for a lower charge without Copilot: answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffi...

I keep thinking I should start a mailing list. Just for new product announcements if nothing else. Anyway, you can always find me here: lnk.bio/snowirisstudio

And since I also do surface patterns, I'll add these to my contribution to #PortfolioDay

It's #PortfolioDay today? Oh gosh I had no idea. Okay, here's some stuff I'm proud of!

I see people talking about pixelfed.org as an alternative to Instagram. Do any of my fellow artists use it? Is it something I should look into for my own stuff?

If you see this, post something orange.

Sending love out to everyone affected by the fires in California. *HUGS*

Snow! I didn't think we were getting any where I am but there's pretty flakes falling outside. As you might imagine from my name, I am thrilled.

Anyone else feeling some kind of pressure about their first art piece of the year? Entirely self-inflicted in my case, mind you. But it's like calendar version of a band new sketchbook, you know? You wanna do something good!

My shop is open again! 🎉 🔸 Only 3 calendars left, no reprints, so grab yours while you can! 🔸 Christmas items will be available until January 15th. They won’t return until November. 🔸 Valentine's Day items are coming soon! ❤️

I thought it would be fun to do a before and after. These aren't the exact first and last drawings of 2024, but they're close enough and show similar subjects. It's fun to see how my style evolved. We'll find out what 2025 has to offer too I guess! #Botanical #Art #ProcreateArtist 🎨

Tell you what, just make the whole fucking thing nothing but AI and then you don't have to worry about those pesky customers anymore.

I'm going to miss #ArtAdventCalendar now that we're on the last day. It was such a wonderful thing to see and participate in.

For the last day of #ArtAdventCalendar I'm going thematic with this red poinsettia flower. Man, how is it over so soon? This was so much fun! Thanks to everyone who participated. You made my feed such a joy to go through. #Botanical #Flowers #FloralArt #Art #ProcreateArtist 🎨

For day 23 of #ArtAdventCalendar we have these autumn leaves. It was based on leaves already on the ground but I liked how playing around with them turned them into leaves cascading from above. At least to me anyway. #Botanical #Plants #Autumn #Art #ProcreateArtist 🎨

For Day 22 of #ArtAdventCalendar we have these bright yellow Black Eyed Susans. A nice companion piece to the sunflower from yesterday. #Botanical #Flowers #FloralArt #Art #ProcreateArtist 🎨

With the holiday coming up I've been busy with so many things. But shout out to everybody participating in #ArtAdventCalendar It's been so much joy seeing everyone's creations on the timeline.

For #ArtAdventCalendar day 21 we have this sunflower. Possibly ironic to post a sunflower on the Winter Solstice, but on the other hand maybe it works to represent the light coming back? #Botanical #Flowers #FloralArt #Art #ProcreateArtist 🎨
