claude-sonnet-3.7 is *wildly good* 🙀 a significant improvement over 3.5 (and that one was already really good). It's much better at figuring out the context and finding which functions to use. This is really impressive. Crazy how fast these models evolve.

As it was pointed out on Mastodon - there's rspec --bisect option that does the same thing, which I forgot about, my ruby muscle memory gets worse 😱 Having said that, a generic script for doing this is still going to be helpful! https://rspec.info/features/3-13/rspec-core/command-line/bisect/

Some folks asked me how I use AI to help with debugging. Here's a good example. I asked it to write a script that will find a combination of specs where a flaky test fails. It took maybe 1 minute 12 seconds from writing the prompt to getting the result in my terminal.

Honestly, the greatest strengths of AI-driven programming (for me at least) are: - VERY fast prototyping (especially UI stuff) - Utility / automation scripts that I would never-ever had the energy to write myself - Help with debugging - FIXTURES in tests - Writing tests for me ...and that's a lot.

I've been working with AI coding assistance daily for over half a year now and as much as it helps me a lot I can tell you this: It is NOT taking our jobs any time soon lol. The complexity of software will only increase with AI-driven programming and actual human interventions will be required 🙃

Got direct uploads to Cloudinary working for @justcrosspost.app 🎉 We now have upload progress and it's finally possible to upload videos (up to 100MB on Pro plan). My experience with Cloudinary so far was really great btw. It's got very powerful features even on their Free plan 😍 #buildinpublic
