Article in the press about a 17 y/o girl killed by a shark. There's been just over 250 fatal shark attacks since 1791 ( <2 a year). 70 people are killed annually by lawnmowers in the US. In France, 24 people die annually from champagne cork related incidents! Yet we kill >70m sharks each year.
