So many buds on this avocado tree! Just a year and a half old so I don’t think there’ll be fruit this year but it seems happy!

Ranunculus blooming…almost spring!

I usually sow just enough seeds to fit on the heat mats under light but I somehow have twice as many seedlings this year 🫣

First #borakingradish picked with a handful of peas😋

(Round 2 of pics) Another super fun #socalseedswap with @seedswapsocal in the books! Many thanks to @organicharvestgardens for letting us use their beautiful garden space and to @cercacultivation for donating so many beautiful seedlings!

Fresh baked cheddar cheese #sourdough 🥖 hardest part is waiting for it to cool! 🤤

The next #seedswapsocal will be at Organic Harvest Gardens in Long Beach! Hope all members of our kind, inclusive, sharing garden community can make it 💚 #gardening

Spring seed & garden swap just scheduled for 2/22/25 in Long Beach. Safe space event. Free. Community-based, grassroots. Don’t come if you’re MAGA because you don’t support people.

First flush of peas picked 😋The plants r finally in their glorious fruiting stage #goldensweetsnappeas #gardening

Nice little morning harvest. Bits and bobs and the first of the daffodil Erlicheer blooms. And look at the stem length on the alyssum 🤩 #gardening #harvestbasket

Just picked up my subscription box from longbeachmushrooms! Doesn’t get fresher than this! #buylocal #localmushrooms

This #bluekeyestomato has been just breaking through the soil for the last three days. On the other side of things, some seedlings like this #crushedhearttomato is 8 inches tall! Sown at the exact same time! 🧐

Recent winter harvests. Looking forward to spring yet enjoying the slower pace of winter

First post on Bluesky. A new beginning with spring seedlings
