One of the things that kept me on fb was a really active Buy Nothing Group for my neighbourhood. However, Buy Nothing has an app that allows you to stay hyperlocal or expand your radius and impirtantly is not fb. play.google.com/store/apps/d... Its also available for IOS but you'd need to search.
