Survivors working their trauma recovery day by day w/ compassion & realism show more dedication to self-mastery every hour than any keyboard warrior posting trauma-dismissive "tough love" comments on the internet do in their lifetime.

I returned Miss Moth (my imperial moth pupa) to the shaded soil outside today, after much thinking. I’m hoping to give her more peace after I really struggled to meet her needs in my home. Moments later, another moth emerged in my garden, wings still unfolding! A quiet nod from the universe, maybe?

Sadly, I learned from new research that the phosphates in my low-spoons frozen meals I’ve been eating for months are directly responsible for my high blood pressure. So, I used the rest of my spoons today to make dinner plus meal prep those delicious honey garlic chicken meatballs I’ve made before.

What fun this morning was! I got to help my master gardener pal finish up the butterfly memorial garden. The groundskeepers will mulch it for us thankfully! There was a lot of difficult digging because of tree roots and rocks, but we did it! Very enjoyable to catch up & garden with my friend.🪏

No migraine today, but many emotional experiences that culminated in my nervous saying “nuh-uh!” and going haywire. Currently nursing a nerve damage itch attack with CBD/N gummy, hydroxyzine, deep breathing, and numbing lotion. Everything can’t be bliss all the time. Still made good progress today!

Don’t go back to what hurt you.

(Note: a slight-but-very-cute jump scare!) This little jumping spider really wanted to hang out with me today while I was working at the computer. He kept coming back again & again, exploring my desk items and looking at me. They are my favorite arachnids, so curious.

“Improving food quality is crucial for improving heart health, regardless of diet. Emphasizing whole, minimally processed and plant-based foods and limiting refined grain, sugar and animal foods, can significantly reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.” Noted! www.newswise.com/articles/for...
