This little guy was located fresh—still had afterbirth on her—in the street alone. Momma rabbits don’t have a method for moving their babies (as I understand it) and she was already chilled. I took her in and warmed her carefully on a heating pad per wildlife rehab and she’s awaiting pickup.

I say with all due humility: I kick ass at my job. Working with these students is rewarding and fulfilling and all I’ve ever wanted to do. So watching politicians that don’t understand what it is I do or how I do it futz around in my field, the one for which I have three degrees…is irksome. (3)
