我来上一道炒苹果。是蓝天上一个厨师教我的。其实很简单：两个苹果切块，我用的是红富士，在黄油里炒，加入Brown sugar和姜末，肉桂粉，一直炒到苹果外面软了，收一下汁让它挂到苹果上。出锅前撒一丢丢盐。配料的量多寡随意，酸酸甜甜真好吃。
