My 14th loaf of sourdough this year. I went back to @sourdoughbrandon.bsky.social’s Everyday Sourdough bread recipe. Used a heating mat for the levain and bulk fermentation and baked in a challenger bread pan. Needed less than 20 min after lid came off.
