Mental health is always an important issue, and I never seem to be reminded more so, than watching a film staring Robin Williams. A man who had his demons but hid them well to give others enjoyment and entertainment. Eventually succumbing to pressures that only he knew. Feeling thoughtful.

Spent the day out shopping for Xmas gifts at a fair, where there were massages available, what an opportunity not to be missed, lovely and relaxing. Just would have been so much better in a warm, clothes free environment.
