Hand signals are not universal signifiers. That said, a cry for help is a moral responsibility. You can’t always act, and some situations may exceed your capacity for interference. When someone needs help, and they are scratching at you for it, you have the ability to help. And you should.

I pulled every dime out of the stock market. I am not going to let that s*** bag destroy my 401k. If everybody took their money out of the stock market, i think he would lose his job. I'll put it back in when he's shitcanned.
