Today is the 20th day of my road trip! I'm sadly now making my way back toward home. I had never been to Cali, but I've now visited ~2/3 of it on my counties map! I also completed Arizona with this trip, so I've now been to every county in 11 state: AZ, NM, UT, ID, CO, KS, OK, LA, AR, MO, and WI! :)

This was the very first thing I saw at the protest I attended yesterday morning. Instantly knew it would be a good day lol.

This is serious, rigorous analysis and it should change the way the media has been covering these protests. These were, in the aggregate, *massive.*

My new happy place.

Me: *attends important protest* Also me, in the back: "hello little duck friends I love you"

I'm just trying to grab gas in remote Nevada, when...??? I love it out here lmao.

Days like today make me so proud of this country. I just wish everyone cared this much on election day so we didn't have to be doing this in the first place.

Joined a protest in a smaller California city and they turned OUT! Might make it to tonight's Vegas one too. #nokings

I love Yosemite for so many reasons, and the fact that a solid 50% of people are limping as they walk around is one of them lol. Many of these hikes are no joke! I put in nearly 13 miles today. 😅

This is where I'll be for the next two hours watching the sunset. 🙌

Not the worst place to watch a sunset.

Chaser and I at the base of a fallen Sequoia. 🤯

The House.

Among giants.

Nothing better than this after 10 straight days in the desert. 🙌

Literally me the entire time at Sequoia NP:

It might not look like much, but I drove >2 hrs out of my way to be here at Wallace Creek. I'm standing directly on top of the San Andreas fault. A few steps to my left is the Pacific plate, and a few to my right is the North American plate. This ceek was offset as the plates slide past one another.

8 miles of driving on a soft sand wash for a sunset to remember in SoCal! 🥹

The end of the world, with a severe thunderstorm over the Mojave.

I love exploring lava tubes. This one in the Mojave, however brief, did not disappoint at all . 😍

Big storm firing up over some old cinder cone volcanoes in the Mojave desert!
