We have roughly ~87 hourly employees in my department at work and over 40 of them were absent or left early today, most of them due to some sort of illness. So today was fun and a great reminder of why you need to wear a mask always 😑

Going to start writing my self performance reviews at work like my congressman writes his recaps. “I commended my employees who came to work on time, cheered my employees who accomplished individual goals, and I shared daily tasks, a weekly training topic, and a safety tip.” 😌
