Yesterday was the kid's birthday, made surf and turf (tomahawk and tempura shrimp) at their request. Today, I made leftover tempura shrimp (crisped in air fryer) ramen. Broth made from shrimp shells. Bok choy, mushrooms, takuan (pickled Daikin), renkon (lotus root).
