I don't understand why companies are making VR games exclusive to the Quest lineup. Not only is the Quest lineup a less powerful lineup than PCVR, but the VR games industry is still far too young to make exclusives like this.

Kinda sucks that Windows is the standard for gaming operating systems nowadays. People say that Linux is great for gaming, but that's using a bunch of compatibility layers to get things to even work in the first place.

gotta make sure the people on dialup can see some stuff on Bluesky. here's a picture of a car i found on google images

If anyone seeing this post plays Lethal Company, check out the Inhuman Company modpack. It's really well-tailored and is quite fun. Enemies are smarter, the ship occasionally has issues you need to work around, new interiors, etc. thunderstore.io/c/lethal-com...

Personal recommendation of mine: go check out Posy on Bandcamp and other music platforms. This guy makes some pretty good music. My personal favorites are Fluorescent and Station: The Boston. posy.bandcamp.com

felt like posting some random garbage today so here you go

Can Microsoft stop shoving random garbage in their users faces? No, Microsoft, I don't want Recall. No, I don't want OneDrive either, I have my own backup system. No, I don't want the random garbage that you preinstall on my system. And I didn't want to update to Windows 11 either, but here we are.

can’t believe some of our cars are powered by smelly apple juice

It’ll be interesting to see how the Switch 2 plays compared to the original. Nintendo has been pretty solid with their consoles in the past, so hopefully it all goes well.

just found out cold water is cold

I don't understand why most platforms only allow for email-based 2FA. Compared to some other options, I'm pretty sure it's one of the less secure methods out there. This is the internet though, so don't take just my word for it.

this is probably one of the most treasured and well-protected images on my computer

how interesting, this seems like twitter but good
