early switch carts taste different compared to later carts. my 2017 copies of botw and mk8d and splatoon 2 taste the same, but my 2023 totk cart is significantly different. the old flavor is more of a steady lingering taste, while the new one is sharper/stronger yet more mild in terms of duration
