I've been taking GLP-1s for nearly a year now. I have made zero lifestyle changes, and haven't been to the gym or really worked out in years. Despite this, I am no longer prediabetic, my cholesterol is normal again, and I'm down 63 lbs since starting this medication. It is truly life changing.
